Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not currently included. Other countries can be selected in the address form, but cannot proceed to payment.
Free standard shipping
All eligible US orders receive free standard shipping. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Order cutoff and business days
Our daily cutoff is 7:00 PM, fixed UTC−06:00 Central Standard Time. This cutoff does not change with daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day count from that day; later orders start from the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Weekend and holiday orders start from the next business day.
